The shoe is cute and very comfortable. Also, customer service was good and shipping was fast. However, the back heel of the shoe is narrow so it makes my heel look too meaty for the shoe. I always size up to 11’s in heels because my feet are flat. These 11’s made my heel look too wide for the back of the shoe. I’m going to keep them because I like them and I refuse to order any shoe in a size 12!
