Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (OVER $150).

Shipping is calculated based on weight and location. We ship U.S. orders using USPS priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. (We try to get orders out within 1 business day, but if you are in a rush or need for a specific event, feel free to let us know in the notes section at checkout to make sure your package will arrive on time, as processing can take up to 72 hours. We will do our best to get you package to you in time.)

Priority and Express shipping are calculated based on weight and location.

Priority: 2-3 Business Days

Express: 1-2 Business Days (Cut off time for it to ship same day is 12:00 PM MST)

International Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. (Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.)

International Shipping charges are based on your choice of service during checkout.

 

Please note: Some countries may charge duties and fees, We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office BEFORE making a purchase if you are concerned with fees.

CULT OF COQUETTE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. You are asked to agree to these terms in order to complete checkout.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS directly. 

Cancelling An Order:
PRE-ORDER STYLES CAN NOT BE CANCELLED, THEY CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT ONCE RECEIVED OR CANCELLED FOR A STORE CREDIT BEFORE BEING SHIPPED.

For in-stock items we can not guarantee a cancellation once the order has been processed. Please email us as soon as possible and we can check the status of the order and make changes if possible. If the order can not be changed it will be shipped and can either be returned for a store credit, or exchanged.

Returns:
Any products purchased can be returned for a store credit, (which never expires) or an exchange, within 14 days of delivery, unless marked "FINAL SALE". Cult of Coquette only provides store credits and exchanges
Please Note: We do not provide Refunds, but our store credit has no expiration date.
We would be happy to provide a pre-paid return label and invoice for $9.99 for the first pair being returned, and add $5 for each additional pair being returned in the same shipment.

We accept exchanges for any item that has been requested for a return and returned within 14 days of receiving your shoes.
No signs of wear should be shown on the sole of foot or heel. Original shoe box must be included and in new and undamaged condition. Any returns should be placed in an outer box to protect the original shoe box. Please do not ship without an outer shipping box as we will not accept returns without one.

Please Note: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If shipping yourself, we suggest you insure your package and add tracking.

You should expect to receive your credit within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

CHARGEBACK FRAUD DISCLAIMER:

With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, Cult of Coquette has contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation OUR  legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the  FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.

Please note any person filing chargebacks to go around store policies will be subject to the above. 

Please note any chargeback filed will forfeit any store credits. If your bank sides with us your store credit will not be reactivated and its lost for good.
