Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been confirmed as delivered to request a return.

Any products purchased can be returned for store credit (that does not expire) within 14 days of delivery, unless marked "Final Sale".

At this time, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

 

-No signs of wear should be shown on the sole of foot or heel. Original shoe box must be included and in new and undamaged condition.

 

-Any returns should be placed in an outer box to protect the original shoe box.

-You’ll also need the packing slip provided in your package or original order confirmation printed and put in the return box.

 

STARTING THE RETURNS PROCESS:

To make returning items as convenient as possible, we offer a self-serve returns portal where you can initiate and manage your return requests:

 

1. Visit our Returns Portal at https://shopify.com/8004337737/account or click the "Returns" link in the footer of our website

2. Log in to your customer account using your email address (a verification code will be sent to your email)

3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request

5. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn items, gift cards items marked final sale.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
