Alyssa

Hello and thank you for your email. I received the shoes last week but have been undecided if these shoes are going to work as the ankle tie straps are very long and when tied in a knot the excess part of the strap is too long.and looks awkward. I have contemplated going to the shoe cobbler to have cut but realize the shoe would be returnable should I still not like the results. I am considering exchanging for just the simple single ankle strap. I'm not on your site right now so I'm unsure of the name of the shoe. What is the exchange timeframe Thank you.
